Anybody elses refund being processed over 21 days after it was accepted? My bars are gone as well.

I am not sure why the IRS is still processing your return. Please be aware that the new tax laws may delay the processing time of return.

You can follow these steps to contact the IRS about your return:  Call the IRS at this number: 800-829-0582 (IRS phone support) Press 1 for English, then enter extension 652.

I called. They said its under review and that I will be recieving a letter saying it will take from 40 to 60 days. Could that be a bad thing?

Exactly .....So did they tell you the irs gone send you a letter ?
