I am not filing Form 1040x because noting changed on the Form1040 which you E-filed with IRS

I am not filing Form 1040x because noting changed on the Form1040 which you E-filed with IRS

Any changes made to the return after originally filing that make no difference in tax, refund or balance due would not be required to be filed.  If you are amending to remove or add a dependent, then you should file it.

If the results did not change based on your additions to the return, you can just keep the amendment (Form 1040X) for any possible future questions.
