I am in the process of e-filing my taxes I have selected direct debit but on the info it is talking about installments -how can I get rid of that?

Installment arrangements when you owe, is not required nor is automatic. the Installment agreement always comes with your Completed return.  If you have already set it up for direct debit the amount will be debited on the dates that are listed on the terms.  you can disregard the installment information.
