I am having trouble printing my 2016 tax forms

To Print Your 2016 Returns Follow Directions Below:

1.  Sign in to your account (if you haven't already done so), using the same login you used to file your return.
   • If you can't remember, go here so we can help you get log in.
2. Once you're signed in, mouse over My TurboTax in the top left corner and click on My Tax Timeline. 
3. Scroll down to the Some things you can do section. and select Download/print return (PDF). 
   • If you want your calculation worksheets, click Download all forms and worksheets (current-year returns only).
4. Your return will open in Adobe Reader. Click the "printer" icon to open the Print window (or select Print from the File menu in the upper left corner)
5. Make any adjustments in the Print window, such as number of copies, and then click the Print button at the bottom.

Another Way

1. Once Logged in, Select My Tax Timeline
2. Scroll down to the Some things you can do section Select Add State
3. From the My Account drop-down at the top, select Print Center.
4. In the pop-up, click the first option (Print, save, or preview this year's return). If you haven't paid or registered yet, you'll be prompted to do so before you can view your full return.
