I am filing my Federal & Ohio state returns via mail, I do see direct deposit bank details on the 1040 form but not on the state return form. Will my refund be mailed?

Yes - if the direct deposit information is not listed on the OH state income tax return form, then a check will be issued and send for any refund to the address listed on your state tax return.

Being that federal and state returns are processed by two separate entities, if there is no direct deposit information included with the state return, you will be mailed a check.
