I am currently on a payment plan with the irs, my account is current. I have a refund due from the state of Ohio this year, will the IRS take my ohio tax refund? Thanks

My payment plan is in good standing with the IRS, just wondered if they will take my ohio refund?

If you are current with your payment plan, the IRS or your state will not garnish your state refund.
