I already filed my taxes and received my refund but I continue to get emails from Turbo Tax telling me to finish up my taxes

It's super annoying. Turbotax keeps sending me emails about completing my taxes when they're already complete. It says I'm 96% done, but when I log in it shows that everything is completed. They keep sending these emails. Anybody else experiencing this? Is there anybody to contact or inform?

Could you have started a return in a different account and not finish it ?  If so that is what the emails are referring to so you can simply ignore those marketing email reminders.

Hi Critter-3, 

No, I didn't start another return in a different account or anything. I completed my return on the website like I have for the last 8 or 9 years and I got confirmation via email that it was completed. I also was alerted that it was accepted. And I received my return with no issue. But I received emails urging me to finish. "You're almost there!" and stuff like that. When I followed the link in the email it showed that my return had been accepted. I've received these emails a few more times since. They annoyingly offered me a discounted rate as well if I "completed" them, but the were already complete. Just weird to keep getting these emails when everything went as smoothly as it normally does. Just seems like some quirk in the system or something.

Please ignore the idiotic emails ... it could be someone else used your email address by mistake.
