I accidentally put that I could not/will not be claimed as a dependent. How do I go back and change that to I can?

It does not let me change it in the "My Info" Section.

I accidentally put that I could not/will not be claimed as a dependent. How do I go back and change that to I can?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies and go back to the MY INFO.
