I accidentally counted my daughter as a renter on my homestead certificate, and I can’t go back and edit it

It keeps asking me for what she contributed, but nothing. She’s a 20 year-old college student.

You can try to delete the form and then re-enter the homestead information. From the menu on the left, choose Tax Tools. Click on Tools. Select Delete a Form. From there, scroll through the forms on your return until you find the one in question. It may be with your state forms. Click Delete to the right of the form and Confirm you wish to delete it.
