I accidentally click amend return and I got an email saying my return was assessed how do I cancel I don’t want it to affect my stimulus check cause I was trying to find where to put my other ban

An amended return would have to be printed and mailed. If you didn't print or mail anything nothing went to the IRS. Do you need to amend your return?
