Need past years returns?

I accidentally have 2 accounts.  Already paid for 2016 taxes on 1 account but need prior years returns from the first account?  Can I please get access to these?

If this doesn't help because of you having two separate accounts, call product support and see if they can give you access since you've already paid on one of your two accounts
