Im trying to reopen my 2015 tax file to finish them and i cant pull up my information its encrypted and i cant locate my 2015 taxes

No because,its encrypted and can't be opened thats my issue how do I open it then??

Do you have the 2015 software installed on your computer?  If you are trying to open a xxx.tax2015 file then only the TurboTax 2015 program can read and open it.
