If you have federal taxes owed of $13,000 then there is probably a mistake in the entry of your W-2 or Form 1099. Either an incorrect amount of income or federal taxes withheld, a misplaced decimal point or a comma entered by mistake. Go back and review your entries. Click on Federal on the left side of the screen. Click on Wages and Income.
