Your website is useless unless you have your card in front of you or if you have an online account set up. You should update it so you can put in other information to access your account such as last 4 digits of social, address, birthdate etc. Your website will not allow you to report a card lost, see your transactions, or even track your new card without having an online account. You cant even set up an online account without having your card number. So how do you look up or track a card without actually having a card? You cant even reach a customer service representative it keeps saying to call back, so you cant even get the tracking number to track your card because I've been calling for days it it continues to say call back later. This is bad for business. I'm reconsidering other options for a debit card.

You are not able to track the arrival of your Turbo Visa Debit Card. Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date your signed up for it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days).
