How to setup federal payment plan?

I did my taxes and owe federal. I chose "payment plan" when given the choice in TurboTax. Nothing came up later about setting it up. Maybe I didn't read the selection clear enough. Do I need to go and setup the payment plan separately on IRS.gov, or will they reach out to me?

The IRS will let you pay off your federal tax debt in monthly payments through an installment agreement. Please see this TurboTax Help Article for assistance in setting up your payment plan.
