How to print content in a preprinted 1099?

I have purchased preprinted forms for the IRS and can only use turbo tax to print the whole form in black and white Help?

If you completed the information in Quick Employer forms within the TurboTax program, you can efile to the IRS. The pdf copies that are produced are "substitute forms" approved by the IRS so you can print them and they are official forms you can give to the recipients. However, they do not match with the ones you purchase which are the IRS official versions.

If you want to use your preprinted forms, you cannot use the documents you created with TurboTax or Quick Employer forms.
