How to open "forms"

I just reopened Turbo Tax for 2023 on my Mac Air with Sequoia 15.3 because I want a digital copy of our 1040-SR; however, "forms" is not available. How do I get to forms? The software asked me to review all my entries, which I did, but when I completed that process, forms was still not available.

I took some pictures of my friend's Mac last year for 2023.   Go  up to the menu bar and click on View .  Is this what you want?
