I just filed with turbo tax and am trying to see if I can get a refund advance.

Sorry, if you already filed it is too late to get the Advance. It had to be offered to you before filing.

Why are my attempts to file my Federal and State returns delayed. I have been prompted for a 6 digit code for verification (yes the 6 digit code never arrives.
