How long does it take to receive the "instant" advance on the tax refund?

I filed, with the option to receive the "instant" portion of the refund as an advance - to receive the remainder of it later - all to my Credit Karma Money account, however there are no further FAQ or other locations where I can find this information...how long does this usually take to come through?

  You do not receive any money until your e-file has been accepted by the IRS—-and the IRS will not begin to accept e-files until January 29.
