How long does it take to hear back about your Refund Advance?

I want to know the process of the Refund Advance because on the site it says 1-2 hours after e-file is accepted but the automated responses told me it’s 48 hours. I just need clarity.

The website says 41% of taxpayers are approved in under an hour and most will get approved within 24 hours.
