How long does it take to get tax refund

According to IRS estimates it takes about 21 days to receive your refund once it has been e-filed and you requested the funds to be direct deposited. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information:

Why did TurboTax not catch the filing mistake that's cost me thousands in return? Now I have to correct the mistakes from the last 5 years. Will they fix it or I myself ?
