How long does it take to get a check from tpg

Yeah I probably won’t use them again myself. This sh!t is frustrating. I can’t believe they dropped the ball like this. It’s very disappointing. A company this big can’t get their sh!t together. Smh I’ve been using TurboTax for 10 yrs and never had a problem until this year. Smh

They did lie to me they tracked my check yesterday and said it was going to be here today , & they didn’t lie I see it in the mail coming to my house today

Yeah I finally got signed up for informed delivery and mine isn’t in the mail either. Ridiculous

I just see the mail that’s scanned in for my personal address. Still no sign of my TPG check smh

If it doesn’t show up next week I’m pitching a huge fit and somebody will hear about it. I’m done playing with TT and my money.

So I just checked the mail and my check was in there. Printed date was march 2. Post dated was march 15. The full amount is there. Informed delivery did  not show that it was delivered either. Wishing every one luck getting their money soon.

No, Even tho my check was delivered the website says the same and if I call the automated line it still saying it was mailed today. I saw someone asking if the website updates after you get it. So no it does not. I’d like to add turbo tax did nothing to help the entire time. They are absolutely useless in helping their customers. The only thing you will ever get is a generic response that does nothing.

How did you get them to track your check? I’ve asked multiple times to have it tracked and I was told there is no way to do that so I’m wondering how you achieved this.  I too would like to track my check.   Thanks in advance.

What does post dated March 15 mean ?

Ya cause they told me they couldn’t track it either

The post office stamped it for the 15th. Informed delivery didn’t  track it. I went to the mailbox and it was delivered either yesterday or today.
