How long does a amend take to get refunded
and do you have to mail it in ? if so, how?
Yes, you must mail in the amended return & sign it. An amended return can take up to 16 weeks to be processed & any refund with an amended return is sent by check.
How do I print my amended return if I've closed out of it?
Three weeks after mailing your amended return, you can start tracking it at the IRS Where's My Amended Return? tracking tool. Please allow at least 16 weeks for the IRS to process your amended return.
