How long do I have to wait for a paper return?

Paper returns do take a little longer to process. In addition there are new laws that just passed that may slow the system down. I would not expect to se anything for at least a month.

If I continue to submit my 2024 taxes now which should show a tax credit ($445) but don’t see it included in return (1095a) should I wait to file?
