How long do I have to wait to get my tax return after I'm accepted

I've been waiting for two weeks and keep getting excuses

The IRS may have accepted your return previous to the February 12th proposed acceptance date, but they wouldn't even start processing it until after the 12th, so you need to count from then on.  This means that it hasn't even been a week.  Also, imagine the amount of returns sitting from taxpayers who submitted to TT back in January and waiting for processing...it is overwhelming at best.
