How do you get refunded your money if you choose to not use turbo tax and haven't filed

You have to file a tax return.  You can do so with TurboTax, or any one of a number of other tax software providers.  You can also pay someone to prepare your taxes.  But you won't get your refund until and unless you file a tax return.

You misunderstood what I said.  I paid for turbo tax and don't want it anymore
