So what our return gone turn back to bars are what and when did yours get accepted and when did yours change to the error message

I got accepted on January 28th and it turned to the error message on 2/4

I received the error code a long time ago. I called and they said my taxes were chosen for review. I didn't have to verify my identity. They said I didn't need to do anything but wait, and if they needed any additional info I would receive a letter. I think everyone's situation is different. I filed my taxes on January 12th. Still waiting :(

You can do it online ... If that's not what your specific situation is at least u will have that part out the way so u won't delay the process any more than it already will be

Have your return from this year and last year where you can see it ... It will prolly ask about line 20 and line 40 from your return

I called and the IRS said 9001 means its still processing

I called twice... The 2nd person said it looks like you were randomly chosen to do an identity verification... I called another number and that was exactly what it was
