If you think your TurboTax account was compromised, log in and change your password. When you log in, go to the left menu column and scroll way down to "Intuit Account" to get to the settings.

Prior to filing, or have you already filed?
And how did you pay any TurboTax fees? Did you pay the fees upfront, or did you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund? If you paid the fees out of your Federal refund, the refund goes first to a temporary bank account at an intermediary bank. That intermediary bank subtracts the fees then sends the rest of the refund on to your bank (or card) in a second direct deposit.
