How do I uncheck a box to fix a tax return? When I click nothing happens. Help!

If you are having trouble unchecking a box, you can delete and redo the form. After you delete the form, log out of your TurboTax account and log back in to do the Form again. See the instructions below on how to delete a form in TurboTax.
