i have  been waiting on my tax return for13 weeks now and would like to know something about why i have not got them who can talk to about ths

The IRS releases most refunds within 21 calendar days after the e-filed return has been accepted (received). To check your e-file status, please use the link below:

 

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

 

You can also check your refund status at https://www.irs.gov/refunds

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. You can track your refund with the IRS Where’s My Refund link https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
