How do I tell if my tax return was officially filed with the IRS through TurboTAX. I just wanted to print a draft to review, but the screen says I filed the 2020 taxes.

I found a couple of mistakes and need to know if I can fix them before I print and send or do I need to file an amended tax return.

If you received an e-mail from TurboTax stating that your return was accepted, then your return has been successfully e-filed and you can not make any changes to THAT return.  You can, however, amend the return if significant enough.  You must wait until the original return has been processed by the IRS prior to amending.
