How do I request a refund on my turbo tax product! Every link leads to wether I qualify or no where! HELP

My taxes are W-2. When filing I was forced to purchase the deluxe in order to file then called customer service when I couldnt file my state only to be told I didnt need the deluxe. I was told I was issued a refund and everything was set. I got my federal return back and with no refund. How do I file for the refund?!

The agent put in a request for a refund but that has to be approved and that usually happens around June.  If the request is approved you will receive a check or direct deposit someday.

Someday?! So its not even a guarantee? Why does it take until June to get back money thats mine? This is just sounds so wrong on why a refund would take MONTHS to process compared to taxes.
