I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

@toccorap29 what is the transcript? And what is 971? I tried to get one online but it wouldn’t let me so I tried to get one sent to me in the mail.

A transcript is to me a status of your return, I couldn't order one at first now I was able too. And all I've been seeing this entire time are codes just ridiculous. I will not be filing myself anymore seems to be issues that Turbo should've caught. If that's the case, but I won't know until I receive this letter ugh. I'm sure it's a mistake or something I've made 😕
