How Do I Open Deductions After Filing?

Hello! I filed my federal return and had it accepted.

    I received an updated receipt for a donation. I think I entered the correct amount in the donations page, but I want to check to make sure.

    How do I open the charitable deductions page to check the amount? When I download the return, it just lists the total amount of charitable deductions. Thank you.

Your pending returns can not be changed. If your return is accepted you will get an email. If the return is rejected the e-mail will tell you what to correct and you can make changes before e-filing again. Amend to change an accepted return after you get your refund. Thanks! My federal return was accepted. I do not want to change or amend it at this time. I just want to see the deductions worksheet. Is there a way to bring it up?

Thanks! I used the on-line version.

    Unfortunately, the forms were not included when I downloaded my return after paying for Turbotax and submitting my return. Perhaps in the old Turbotax versions, the worksheets were included with the downloaded version after paying/submitting the return.

    Is there a way to view the worksheets since they are not part of the downloaded tax return after paying for Turbotax and submitting the return electronically? Thank you and best regards.

If you have e-filed your federal tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS you can download your 2022 tax return to include all worksheet using the online editions.

Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

On the Tax Home web page scroll down to the bottom and click on Add a state.  This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Print Center

Click on Print, save or preview this year's return

Select the Federal and State tax returns you want to download

Select the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional)

Click on View or print forms
