How do I make a correction when Form 2441 line 3 was populated wrong?

Form 2441 line 3 is the total of all the amounts you paid for each child. To correct line 3, you will have to fix the amounts you entered for line 2.

Type form 2441 in Search (magnifying glass) in the top right corner
Select Jump to form 2441
On “Here’s what we have so far,” select EDIT next to the amount paid for each child you want to change and adjust the amount
