How do I know the IRS got my info and I will 100% get my 600 dollar stimulus everyone just tells me wait I've been on SSID FOR YEARS I haven't filed tax

To be sure the IRS has your information, you can file a return for no charge at TurboTax Free File..

Set up the account and file your return.  

For the Income and Wages section you can say your received a 1099-INT.

Put any bank name on it and $1

Finish your return

If it did not ask about stimulus payments

At the top of your tax return select Federal Review

That will take you to this screen where it asks if you have already received your stimulus payments.  If you received the first or second payment already, then select Yes and fill in the information.  

When that page is correct, you refund will be adjusted correctly.
