How do I know if turbo tax will include tabor refund on CO state taxes? last year it wasnt included and I had to file amended return?

Tabor refund is reported on your DR 0104, Colorado Individual Income Tax Return Line 35. You can locate this form on the summary page of your tax documents (make sure you have paid your TurboTax fees to see all documents and forms).

To locate the Summary Page follow the steps below:

• From the TurboTax home screen locate the left panel. Click on Tax Tools, then Print Center. (if you don't see the Tax tools menu right away, open any section of your return, for example your W-2 section, then try again to locate the left panel)
• click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

You can also go through your CO state return to locate the section. See this previous response from @MayaD
