How do I go back and choose no direct debit?

If you already filed your return & it has been accepted you cannot change your option for your refund.  If you have not filed yet, go back through the File to change your option

It completely skips past that part and goes straight to bank account information.  I haven't filed yet.

Did you choose to pay TurboTax fees from your Federal refund?

No, its not turbo tax fees I owe federal but I don't want direct debit from my checking account

It should allow you to choose to pay by check.  Have you tried to start from the beginning of the File interview?  You might have to sign out, clear your cache, then sign back in.
