Are you referring to a Turbo Prepaid Visa Card?    If so, you can call the Turbo Card customer service number.

(888) 285-4169.

If you need to talk to a Turbo Card agent, enter your card number at the prompt.   Otherwise, keep listening to the entire recording, and you can report the lost card.   One of the options is "To report a card lost, stolen, or never received."   When you choose that, keep following the prompts and at the next menu chose to report the card as lost.  It will tell you that will block the original card.  I think it then automatically mails a new card to your address, which you'll have to activate when it arrives.   I can't follow the rest of the steps since I don't have that card.
