How do I get to the local tax forms?

Can someone help me get to my local City of Detroit local tax forms?

TurboTax state software for Michigan will prepare Michigan city returns for the cities listed here. The Detroit city return is included with the TurboTax Michigan state program. TurboTax will walk you through this when you prepare the state return.
