How do I get form 2411 off of my return?

Do you mean form 2441 (Child and Dependent Care expenses?

If so, please do the following:

*** Desktop***
go to View (at the top), choose Forms, and select the desired form (2441). Note the Delete Form button at the bottom of the screen.
*** Online ***
go to Tax Tools (on the left), and navigate to Tools->Delete a form. Delete the form (the 2441) from the list.

If you want to delete some other form, follow these instructions.
