How do I get a statement from your company in order to claim an unclaimed property reported by your company in 2019?

Georgia state department of unclaimed property shows that INTUIT INC reported an unclaimed property of mine in 2019. It's un-cashed check. Can I get s statement from your company to file the claim?

I called the help center. They did extensive research and found out that I need to call Intuit Mint to get the document. I have the number but haven't called yet.
