A Form 9325, Acknowledgement and General Information for Taxpayers Who File Returns Electronically, is not needed when using the TurboTax software to complete and e-file your tax return.
Form 9325 is not used when you file your own tax return with TurboTax. When you pay a tax professional to file your tax return, the tax professional can use Form 9325 to give you information about your e-filed tax return (but they are not required to use it).
When you file your own tax return with TurboTax, you get two acknowledgements that it was accepted. One is the email that TurboTax sends you, telling you that your federal tax return was accepted. The other is the Electronic Postmark page at the end of the federal tax return in the PDF of your tax return.
