How do i fix state return that was not accepted?

Your New York tax return has not been e-filed successfully due to an issue related to the New York E-File Declaration statement. This issue has now been fixed.

To re-file your New York tax return, please sign in to TurboTax, go to the File tab, and follow the prompts to e-file.
