How do I find my card number i never received in the mail?

·         Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instruction

I did all that then it says I have two cards with them and they need the last four digits of the card number I'm asking about.

You should be able to get to a human ...  Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instruction
