How do I file my taxes if I did not been marry a full year

If you were legally married on or before Dec. 31, 2016 then you must file as married. You can file as Married Filing Jointly, if your spouse agrees, or you can file as Married Filing Separately. You can not file as Single. It does not matter at all how long you were married in the year. It matters only that you were married as of the last day of the year.
