If you have not yet filed your return, you can download the corrected information the same way you downloaded the original.  You need to delete the original download prior to downloading corrected version.  If you downloaded multiple tax forms (e.g. 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT,) then delete them all before downloaded your corrected financial information.
