How do I eliminate an entry accidentally entered twice?

Go back to the section where you entered the information, there should be an "edit" and/or "delete" box to the right of each line of the form you are working on. Locate the entry for deletion and press delete.
if for some reason this is done in error, you can always edit that particular form. You can even delete that form entirely and restart it if needed.
