Using the downloaded TT Home and Business, I updated on March 1. Form 2210 was still there. I did not try to delete it or make any changes this time. I eFiled...... and it was accepted! (Previous submissions had been rejected.)
So, even though I overpaid (w/h and estimated) and am getting a refund, Form 2210 was still submitted in my filing. My guess is that the form will be disregarded since it is not necessary for me. I'm expecting my refund within a few weeks. If I have any further problems, I'll post back here. Otherwise - all is well.
