How do I deduct tipping out the barback and having to pay credit card processing fees

based on you using Turbotax basic, it would seem you get a w-2 from your employer and that you have no ownership interest in the business.  if I'm correct the tax laws no longer allow a w-2 employee to deduct these job-related expenses.
